The Memo is committed to making its facilities accessible to all and our staff are dedicated to making your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible.
For visitors with access issues assistance is available on request, please inform the Box Office at the time of booking of any special requirements including reservation of wheelchair spaces. To comply with fire regulations, patrons who use a wheelchair are requested to bring a companion. On-site car parking spaces are available for disabled patrons.
Guide dogs are welcome in all areas of the theatre, assistance is available on request.
Induction loop is available in the Auditorium.

Free parking with easy access to the venue.
We welcome children and families to the building. Please ask a member of staff if you have any queries or require assistance.
We are happy for you to bring buggies into the building. There are various places in the building to leave them before entering the Auditorium ( NB buggies left at owners risk)
Baby changing facilities are located in the disabled toilet on the Ground Floor.
Highchairs, booster seats (subject to availability) and family discounts available.
Confectionary and soft drinks are available in the Bar and Sweet Shop.
The full details of the length and content of our Family Friendly shows are available at the Box Office. As a general rule, performances aimed at children under 10 years old are less than 60 minutes.
First Aid available at all times.
Separate area you if you need to leave the Auditorium if your child becomes unsettled.
Front of House staff will be happy to provide hot water for warming babies’ bottles.
